Gold fabric "side-cap"; when folded flat, two sides of gold fabric, gold brim folds from bottom up to lie flat against cap sides, crosses over at front; brim edged with purple and gold braid; one side has "CLINTON ONTARIO" stamped in purple, the other has the Lions Crest in purple ("LIONS" in semi-circle acros top of crest, "INTERNATIONAL" in semi- circle at bottom of crest, "L" in circle in centre of crest. Lions head silhouette at each side of crest) and "CANADA" stamped in purple. Inner band of white fabric to stabilize; yellow label attached with navy blue printing - "MADE EXCLUSIVELY FOR LIONS INTERNATIONAL MEDIUM MACHINE WASH. TUMBLE DRY. LOW TEMPS. The Clinton Lions Club began in 1936. The Club disbanded and the Charter was revoked on June 30, 2021. Clayton Groves, was the last President of the Clinton Lions Club. |
