One of two matching chairs made of the same dark wood as the settee. The chairs have rounded arms with 2 wide slats across the back and were originally covered in a red brocade fabric. |

The chair was used in the "Gairbraid" home of Dr. William "Tiger" Dunlop, who was a co-founder of Goderich in 1827 and the "Warden of the Forests" for the Canada Company. |
