Description |
This is a clear champagne glass with gold embossed text on one side. The stem is textured as though the glass was spun when it was molded. The embossed text on the glass reads "50 Years of Training RNAs / 1942-1992". There is a logo above the dates. The logo is a gold circle with the letters "WDH" at the centre. In the middle of the D is a lit lamp with a handle. The top of the circle has a laurel and the bottom of the circle reads "SERVICE ABOVE ALL". There is a bright blue ribbon tied around the stem which was previously curled. |

This champagne glass belonged to a graduate of the 1993 Nursing Assistants School (1942 - 1993) offered through the Wingham & District Hospital. The 1993 class was the last to graduate from this program. |
