Rectangular plaque, curved top wooden plaque; edged to appear as 3 pieces of wood, silver and black "LIONS CODE OF ETHICS" and what the codes are is written underneath, decorative silver scrolling at sides; silver Lions symbol at top; covered with glass. Bottom, silver, rectangular metal label printed in black "CLINTON LIONS CLUB WINNER FIRST PLACE DISTRICT -1 international membership contest 1943-44"; held on with two tiny silver screws. Back has ring at top for hanging or hinged foot on back to display seated. |

The Clinton Lions Club began in 1936. The Club disbanded and the Charter was revoked on June 30, 2021. Clayton Groves, was the last President of the Clinton Lions Club. |
